Five more suspects aged between 25 and 49 have been arrested in connection with the demolishing of 11 buildings at Panpanso in the Nsawam Adoagyiri municipality of the Eastern Region.
Suspects arrested sums up to six now.
The Eastern Regional Police Command’s Public Relations Officer (PRO), DSP Ebenezer Tetteh, explained the arrest was made by he Kibi Divisional Command after they revisited the area on Tuesday.
The police are charging the arrested for causing unlawful damage.
Some 11 houses were destroyed on Monday at Papanso, leaving the occupants still homeless now.
