Fire guts Kantamanto branch of GCB

November 28, 2020

The Kantamanto branch of the GCB in Accra has been razed down by fire in the early hours of Saturday November 28.

The cause of the inferno is not yet known.

Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS),  Mr Ellis Robinson Okoe  told journalists that “We had a distress call that the Liberty Towers Branch of the GCB Bank had been gutted by fire.

“We rushed in and realized that the fire started from the first floor which contains only stationery. We have confined the fire and our men are on the ground working to ensure we douse it.
