Onua TV/FM’s morning show host Captain Smart made his way to the STC Yard in Accra Tuesday morning to report on the floods that have hit the capital city.
Unluckily for him, he was immersed in the flood waters up to his waist and got stuck.
Help, however, came from passers-by, who pulled him out of the flood waters.
