‘He has no respect for anybody’ – Sheikh I.C Quaye on Henry Quartey

Former Member of Parliament for Ayawaso Central, Sheikh I.C Quaye has accused the incumbent MP, Henry Quartey of disrespect and sabotage.

Speaking to the media after casting his ballot on Saturday, Sheikh I.C. Quaye who has thrown his weight behind Moses Abor, Henry Quartey’s contender called out the current MP claiming that Henry Quartey is a disrespectful being.

“He has no respect for anybody. I brought him into being. I got Moses to step down for him. Then he came and started playing rubbish. He has been insulting me all over the place. He went to report me even to the president that I don’t like him,” he stated.

Henry Quartey who was once a personal assistant for Sheikh I.C Quaye has been through a thorny relationship with the former Greater Accra Regional Minister recently. Although it is not clear yet what resulted in the conflict between the two, it is clear now at least that both have been up against each other.

Sheikh I.C Quaye after casting his ballot was confident that Moses Abor will emerge winner in the ongoing primaries.
