Ever since I gave birth to my daughter I have stopped crying – Nana Ama McBrown


Nana Ama McBrown has made headlines again after she revealed that she has stopped crying ever since she gave birth.

McBrown, who is known for her emotional acting performances and bubbly personality, made the comment during an interview on the Day Show with Berla Mundi on TV3.

McBrown, who gave birth to her first child, Maxin Mawushi Mensah in 2019 at the age of 42, explained that her newfound happiness has made her immune to tears.

“Ever since I gave birth I’ve stopped crying. Before I wanted a child anything little will just trigger me and I’ll get emotional but ever since I gave birth I am okay. I am fulfilled now. I am everything I wanted,” she said.

The actress also shared that life has been worthwhile and she has nothing to complain about.

“I have life, I have a career, I have a home, I have a husband, I have a child and I’m not too rich and I am still working,” she stated “People think I am too rich and as an actress, I have it all but I am okay and living within my means”

McBrown’s statement has sparked a lot of reactions on social media, with many people expressing admiration for her positive outlook on life.
