Six persons have died in an accident that occurred at Aprede in the Okere District of the Eastern Region.
Several others who sustained injuries are receiving care at the Yilo Krobo government hospital.
A Sprinter bus with registration number GY 1570-13 was conveying passengers from Koforidua to a funeral at Aflao.
The driver was suspected to be speeding, failing to adhere to road regulations and also to take note of the curvy nature of the road, thereby causing the car to summersault into the Aprede Valley.
The accident scene was the same spot four deaths were recorded among students and staff of the University of Education Winneba who were on an educational trip weeks ago.
