
The much-awaited festival is finally here… It’s the YESU ASƆR CONNECT JAWULEY ART FESTIVAL.
Connect Jawuley Art Festival 2022 is to give freedom to those in the creative art industry to express their God-given talents.

The event resonates with the name, “Jawuley”, which is a term used by the indigenes of Sekondi-Takoradi to mean ‘freedom to express one’s self when having fun’.
The Festival promises to be an artistic renaissance and a different level of excitement and festival on display.

The event will take place at Enam-Ase, near the Naval Base in Sekondi.
The line-up of events is as follows:
Thursday, 14th April 2022

All white lantern procession through the principal streets of Sekondi with documentary, cultural display, jama night and bonfire.
Friday, 15th April 2022

There shall be Stations of the Cross, Crucifixion, Modelling, Street skating, Artworks, Balance art and Street dancing.
Saturday, 16th April 2022

There shall be Street biking, On-street performance, Graffiti, Bodypainting, Masqueraders parade, Photoshoot and many more.
Sunday, 17th April 2022

This day will see the Connect Jawuley Art Yesu Asɔr Mammoth Walk, against the “huw ma ɔmpae” vibe.
