In another development, The police have also arrested a 42-year-old man for stealing a police uniform at the Tesano Police Barracks in Accra, and wearing same ostensibly to deceive the public.
William Dapatem was spotted loitering about in the police uniform at the Kwame Nkrumah Circle, and upon interrogation, he confessed to stealing the uniform.
He later took the police to the barracks but was unable to identify the owner of the uniform since according to him, he took them from a drying line.
