CID goes after Power FM’s presenter for allegedly threatening Akufo-Addo

The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service has invited a Power FM presenter, Oheneba Boamah Bennie to answer questions relating to his alleged threats on President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo,

The invitation letter signed by  COP IK Yeboah, Director General of the COD  and dated 11|12|2020 said Oheneba Boamah allegedly issued the threats in a recorded video on his Facebook page.

The letter said “The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service presents its compliment to the management of power FM. On 9?12?2020 at 11:41AM , Oheneba Boamah  Bennie recorded a live video on his Facebook page in which he was heard insulting and issuing series of threats to the President of the Republic, HE Nana Addo Dankwa Akuf-Addo .

“This same video was shared on 10|12|2020 at 12:54PM.
