Brong Ahafo Region’s representative in this year’s Ghana’s Most Beautiful Adom got everybody including judges on their feet on Sunday, when she treated them to songs from highlife to hiplife. It was Week 6 of the beauty reality show and the contestants were to display their talents. Born Juliet Mensah, Adom started her performance with a gospel song and ended with Shatta Wale’s Ayoo. No wonder she was named the Star Performer of the night with “maximum points” from the two judges Linda Ampah and Oscar Provencal. [caption id="attachment_62389" align="alignnone" width="507"] The judges could not help but get on their dancing feet[/caption] She also scooped the Best Dressed award to cap a night in which her name reverberated inside TV3’s Studio B as the audience chanted her name. Ashanti Region’s Serwaa proved a close contender for the crown with her performance behind the console as a football commentator giving her full marks from the judges. [caption id="attachment_62371" align="alignnone" width="507"] Serwaa commentated on a Ghana-Egypt game[/caption] She was adjudged the Most Eloquent of the night, unsurprisingly. Upper East Region’s Talata, who emerged the Star Performer last week, was named the Most Disciplined, with her performance on Sunday not well spoken of by judge Linda Ampah. [caption id="attachment_62377" align="alignnone" width="507"] Talata’s old soldier performance ended in a tribute to Maj Maxwell Mahama[/caption] She described it as boring. But there were other eye-catching performances from the contestants. For instance, Central Region’s Baaba highlighted the plight of mental health patients. [caption id="attachment_62384" align="alignnone" width="507"] Baaba’s performance brought her eyes tears[/caption] [caption id="attachment_62382" align="alignnone" width="507"] Volta Region’s Edem came with a salsa dance[/caption] To the relief of the eight remaining contestants, there were no evictions. The Abibirem Crew lighted the night as it thrilled the audience with a traditional performance. By Emmanuel Kwame Amoh|3news.com|Ghana ]]>
