Some Ghanaian players put up impressive performance for their teams at club level.
Key amongst them was Andre Dede Ayew and Daniel Amartey who were on target for their respective teams.
Daniel Amartey’s goal boosted Leicester City’s top four chances. He scored in the 87th minutes against Brighton Hove Albion.
It was Amartey’s first Premier League goal in four years.
Andre Ayew continued with his fine form against Swansea City. He scored a brace against Middlesbrough.
The brace took the 31-year old’s seasonal tally to 13 goals and also helped Swansea to move up to 3rd position on the table, just a point behind 2nd placed Watford.
