Asamoah Boateng launches campaign, says he is ready to serve NPP as Nat’l Chair

Former Minister of Information under the Kufuor administration, Stephen Asamoah Boateng (Asa Bee) has launched his campaign to be elected as the next National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

He says he is ready to serve the NPP in that capacity.

Speaking his campaign launch on Wednesday June 1, he said “My firm belief is that our shared philosophy can be actualized for our country , it can also be realized for the elephant family when the NPP’s government is fully supported by the vibrant party leadership which constantly reviews, assesses and seeks to protect the positive aspiration of all our cherished members and across the country at large.

“Therefore, I see three clear questions begging for answers; How will our party’s leadership restore the sprit discipline, patriotisms, honesty sacrifice and public service that our founding fathers established for our tradition and our nation?

“How do our party’s new leaders bridge the gap between the entire party and the bridge between the party and the government and ensure the fulfillment of our promise to our rank and file, our grassroots and bring prosperity to the people of our country at the same time?
