Fatau Dauda, who made an Africa Cup of Nations debut on homesoil in 2008, is set to travel to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), where the team is camped ahead of the tourney. Ghana will kick start a Group D campaign on Tuesday, January 17 in a clash with East African side Uganda. The 2015 losing finalists will also play Mali and Egypt later in the group.
