2020 polls: Sustain peace of Ghana – Politicians told

The various political parties and Ghanaians in general have been urged to maintain the peace of the country before, during and after this year’s elections. The Country Director of the International Association of World Peace Advocate (IAWPA) Bishop Sam Owusu, said there was no need to jeopardize the future of this country during the polls. He made these comments on Onua TV’s ‘Onua Abator’ Wednesday October 15. According to Bishop Owusu who is also the United Nations Eminent Peace Ambassador the country has gone through elections over the years and has come out peacefully. Therefore, he said,  there is no need to fight in this particular election. The Founder and General Overseer of Portersville International Ministries advised the youth especially not to be used as tools for violence. “Let us not sell our dignity to these self-centered politicians for goodies, those goodies can never solve your life time problems for the four years that political leaders will enjoy in government. Let us try to make our lives meaningful in society,” he said. By 3news.com|Ghana]]>
