Jordan Ayew opened the score at the St James’ Park[/caption] Black Stars striker Jordan Ayew was on target for Swansea City in their 1-1 draw at Newcastle United in an English Premier League game played on Saturday. Jordan opened the score in the 60th minute after he headed home a cross moments after Toons’ goalkeeper Karl Darlow denied him with a superb save. It was the Ghanaian international’s fourth goal this season. But the goal was cancelled out after just eight minutes when Joselu drove in a ball from a tight angle. The game ended 1-1. Jordan, however, picked an unnecessary Yellow card for kicking the ball away in the 90th minute. His compatriot Christian Atsu returned to first team action in the League for Newcastle United, lasting the entire duration. Meanwhile, defender Daniel Amartey gave a good account of himself as he lasted the entire duration in Leicester City’s goalless draw with champions Chelsea. Amartey started at right back for the Foxes and he was pushed into deep defence when Ben Chilwell was red-carded in the second half. Another Ghanaian international, Andre Ayew, also came on for West Ham United in their remarkable 4-1 away victory at Huddersfield. The Deputy Black Stars captain played eight minutes of the action after he came on for Man of the Match Marko Arnautovic in the 82nd minute. By Emmanuel Kwame Amoh|3news.com|Ghana  ]]>
