Hearts of Oak have terminated the contract of first team coach Frank Elliot Nuttal for “behaviours which were in direct conflict with the interests of the club”. Nuttal was recently suspended over what the club termed “unsporting and ethical behaviour” to allow probe by a three-member committee. Chaired by former Ghana Football Association Chairman Dr Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe, the committee is said to have unanimously recommended the termination of Nuttal’s contract. “According to the committee’s report, coach Nuttal admitted to his involvement in aiding and introducing players of the club to agents and vice versa without the knowledge of the management of the club,” a statement issued by the club on Thursday said. The committee which had former High Court judge Ivy Heward-Mills as a member is said to have recommended a refund from Nuttal. Assistant coach Henry Lamptey Wellington has been handed first team duties “until further notice”. By Emmanuel Amoh|3news.com|Ghana]]>
