Ghana midfielder Solomon Asante has left TP Mazembe for US Soccer League side Phoenix Rising FC.
Asante is one of the 17 players signed by PRFC for the 2018 season.
He will join the likes of Didier Drogba and Gladson Awako at the club.
Asante is also expected to reunite with former TP Mazembe coach, Patrice Carteron, at the club.
The former Berekum Chelsea player’s move is his first outside Africa, having been part of the Ghana force with the Congolese side since 2013.
He helped TP Mazembe win three national titles, an Africa Super Cup title in 2016, a CAF Champions League trophy in 2015 and more recently the CAF Confederation Cup.
