Robbers shoot and kill police officer, another seriously injured

Two suspected armed robbers shot and killed an unarmed police officer when he and his colleague attempted to foil their robbery operations at Lapaz near Las Pamas restaurant in Accra. The other police officer who was seriously injured is currently on at admission at the Police Hospital and in stable condition, a police statement confirming Thursday afternoon incident said.
