Man who chopped off boy’s head arrested trying to find buyer

A 23-year-old man who put up for sale the decapitated head of a boy has been arrested at Sankro, a village near Dixcove in the Western Region. Police say Alex Tetteh was arrested Tuesday at about 5:15pm by the people of the village when he was searching for a potential buyer for the head, which is believed to be that of a 12-year-old boy.
