Gordor – Chairman

Prof. B. Gordor is an applied statistician with over twenty-five years’ working experience in teaching and research and is currently an Associate professor in Arts and Sciences as Asheshi University. He was once the Vice President of Data Link University. He has served on a number of national and international boards and committees, including the African Virtual University, the West African Examinations Council, the Statistics Panel of the National Accreditation Board and the National Open University Planning Committee.

Prof.Gordor also worked briefly in the financial sector and electronic media where he acted as Chief Executive Officer, TV3 Network. He has published extensively in my specialized area of outliers in multivariate data and presented a number of papers at international conferences

Edith Dankwa

Mrs. Edith Dankwa is the Publisher /CEO of Business Times Africa Magazine (BT), Energy Today Magazine (ET) and the Business & Financial Times newspaper (Africa’s Leaders Provider of Business Information).

Edith renders consultancy services on marketing communications and is an advisor on business investment related issues. She also practices as a market entry strategist for foreign businesses seeking to extend their operations to Ghana.

Edith sits on a number of Corporate Boards including International Chamber of Commerce and African Business Leaders Foundation.
She holds an Executive MBA from the GIMPA Business School.

Berifi Apenteng

Mr. Berifi Apenteng is a Media and Communications Consultant and the Chief Executive Officer of CorpCom Ghana, a Strategic Communications Company.
A journalist and lawyer by training, Mr. Apenteng has extensive background in Media and Communications management with over thirty years experience in Radio, Television, Newspaper and Film.

He was one time Director General, Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, General Manager, TV3 Network Limited, Managing Director of Graphic Communications Group and Managing Director, TV Africa.

He sits on a number of Boards and is currently the Chairman of the Governing Council of the Ghana Institute of Journalism.
Mr. Apenteng holds an Executive MBA from the University of Ghana Business School and is also a Barrister-at-Law.

Linda Amofa Agyemang

Mrs. Linda Amofa-Agyemang is a practicing Advertising and Public relations consultant with very active practice in Accra. Linda is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Enovate limited, an outdoor advertising company based in Accra. She is also trained as a sociologist from the University of Ghana with both BA (HONS) and MPHL in sociology.

She holds a diploma in Public Relations and Advertising from the Ghana Institute of Journalism. She is currently an Associate of The Advertisers Association of Ghana (AAG) with a visible presence in the Outdoor Advertising.

Mawuli Hedo

Mawuli Hedo is an investment banker and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of The FirstGroup (Ghana) Ltd. FirstGroup is a Management Consultancy Firm and a Private Equity Company with investment concentration in Media, Banking and Finance, Insurance, Real Estate, ICT among others.

Prior to his current role, Mawuli served as the CEO and Executive Director of FirstBanC Financial Services. He also worked with SAS Finance Group where he was involved in a lot of corporate deals including the IPOs of GOIL, Golden Star Resources and Pioneer Kitchenware.

He was also the technical team leader in the design and marketing of the Government of Ghana Golden Jubilee Bonds.
Mawuli sits on a number of Corporate Boards including, Universal Merchant Bank, FirstBanC Financial Services, Parkway Developers and Fortiz. Mawuli holds an MSc in Finance.
