Ghanaian boxer Michael Ayittey Okine popularly known as Ayittey Powers says he fears something serious may happen to his compatriot Braimah Issah Kamoko, popularly known as Bukom Banku, in the next five years.
Bukom Banku has over the past couple of weeks posted a number photos of himself on the internet with his “newly acquired skin” and has defended the mutation claiming that it was inspired by his wife.
One of the videos aimed at Ayittey Powers saw the undefeated heavyweight boxer hurling insults at Powers’ mother.
Both boxers were in the news a couple of years ago, seeing them fight twice with Ayitey Powers losing both bouts.
In an exclusive interview with the host of Urban Blend on 3FM Miriam Osei Agyemang, the cruiserweight boxer said: “I don’t have much to tell him but I just want him to know I have no issues with him.
“He has to change and learn how to speak the truth and most importantly know God because that is the best for him.”
The Australian-based boxer recalls times his godfather, TB Joshua, requested to see the maverick boxer.
“I remember my prophet asked me to bring Bukom Banku to his church but he refused to go with me because of the negative things he said about him.
“I would like to tell that Bukom Banku to have the heart to follow me to the church so he can get deliverance.
“If he doesn’t do that, something will happen to him in five years from now and I’m the only one who knows that. It’s my secret”.
