Media giants Media General will on Monday host the immediate past chairman of the Legal Committee of the International Maritime Organisation, Dr Kofi Mbiah, on the ruling of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) delivered on Saturday. Though judgement was pronounced in Ghana’s favour on Saturday, operative clauses were issued by the Chamber as the implementation stage is the next phase for the two parties. A breakdown of some of the clauses will characterise Dr Mbiah’s lecture. He is also expected to do justice to the 181-page document issued by ITLOS in expounding its ruling on Saturday.
