The 2018 Winter Olympics have opened in South Korean city of Pyeongyang.
The multi-sport event will involve 92 countries and close to 3,000 athletes.
The event was officially opened South Korean president Moon Jae-in.
The 2,952 athletes will compete in 15 disciplines but in 102 events.
Before the Games, there was uncertainty over the participation of North Korea due to the political tension with the South.
But the North thawed the relations by confirming participation while athletes decided to compete together.
The Koreas will use a single flag.
Ghana will be represented at the Games by Akwasi Frimpong, who will compete in Skeleton.
The event is scheduled to end on Sunday, February 25.
